The Taurus 1911FS is destined to become the standard that all 1911 pistols are compared to. This feature-laden model is chambered in .45 ACP with a 5 inch barrel and 8+1 capacity. It features a Bronze Cerakote frame paired with a blued slide for a distinctive and durable finish.
Starting with hammer-forged ordnance-grade steel frame slide and barrel each pistol is hand-fit and assembled in the Taurus state-of-the-art factory. It comes equipped with a Heinie front sight and Straight-8 rear sight, checkered black plastic grips and a manual safety for reliable operation right out of the box. This version includes two sets of grips.
