Ruger SFAR 308 MLok Handguard 20" Barrel AR-10 5611

We are introducing the SFAR™, a small-frame autoloading rifle designed with ballistics advantages of the .308 Winchester cartridge in the size of a traditional 5.56-caliber modern sporting rifle.

Crafted with precision, this rifle features CNC-machined bolt and barrel extensions of high-strength super alloy steel that outperform traditional C158 bolts. The bolt carrier assembly has a chrome-lined 8620 steel bolt carrier, a nitride-processed gas key staked in place, and a DLC-coated titanium firing pin for longevity. The barrel is cold hammer-forged with ultra-precise 5R rifling and a black nitride finish for accuracy, longevity, and easy cleaning.

The rifle-length gas system includes a 4-position rotary-regulator gas block for ideal function across a range of ammunition, and the Ruger Elite 452® trigger delivers a smooth, crisp 4.5-pound 2-stage trigger pull. The upper and lower receivers are made from 7075-T6 hard-coat anodized aluminum and feature venting holes to direct excess gas safely away from the user.
