MasterPiece Arms DS9 Hybrid

The MasterPiece Arms DS9 Hybrid is a wide body double stack 1911 pistol chambered in 9mm with a 5 inch hand fitted bull barrel. A black nitride slide and steel frame with a full length light rail sit on an A2 black anodized 7075 aluminum grip. A Trijicon RMR plate is already installed, with no rear sight filler plate, and this optics ready pistol ships with two MBX Extreme magazines.

The frame and slide are machined from billet and hand lapped for fit. The 416R stainless barrel is vacuum heat treated and hand fitted, with a one piece stainless guide rod. A Koenig hammer, sear, and disconnector back a 2.5 pound trigger with an MPA machined shoe. An ambidextrous thumb safety, beavertail, slide stop, and large MPA magwell are machined in the USA. Overall length is 8.9 inches, height is 7.3 inches, and weight is 2.5 pounds.

The 126mm magazine feeds 20+1 and the 141mm magazine feeds 23+1. The A2 grip is the aggressive texture used for competition control. This DS9 Hybrid suits 3 Gun, USPSA, IDPA, and shooters who want a hand built double stack 1911 with an RMR plate already on the slide. It is a practical choice when a nitride black MPA with an A2 grip and two magazines is the goal.
