The STAINLESS LW OI is a special offering 1911, with 6MOA Vortex Venom red dot optic, weight reducing aluminum frame, Stainless small parts and striking "cocobolo" laminate grips with checkered gripping area for positive hold, round out this unique package. Match grade stainless barrel with 8rd magazine(.45ACP) and 9 rd ,magazine (9mm). Available in .45 ACP and 9mm cartridges

Wish I had found Kimber 1911s sooner.

I now own 2 Kimber 1911 LW; 9mm and 45. I’ve found them to be accurate and light enough to be concealed comfortably.

I’m not a fan of recoil and both are fun to shoot. Load with +P ammo and you’re prepared for the situations that you hope will never occur.

This is my first pistol with a red dot. With it I shoot some of the tightest groups I’ve ever shot.
