Shot about 50 rounds and have it shooting decent. Need to let the cylinder cool a little to eject all nine, especially with some ammo. All in all I like the speed of reloading.
I did have to file the front sight to get it shooting where I wanted, but windage was dead on.

So far I like the gun it’s got smooth action yes like it very much

My initial impression of the Sidekick .22mag was positive. Looks and feels good, good SA trigger, workable DA trigger, interesting design, nice cerakote finish, usable sights, feels good in the hand.
Huge issue, which from what I now see online is a common one. Took it to the indoor range with CCI Maxi Mags. With the first cylinder, it was impossible to eject the spent cartridges. I let it cool, and used a wooden dowel as a ram rod. Even then, it was a battle to get those cases out. I managed to shoot 8 cylinders worth, but it was an ordeal. The gun shoots well. Sights are pretty good for me at 7 yards.
I suspect they sprayed cerakote in the chambers. As reccomended I chucked up a .243 bronze bore brush in a hand drill, and tried cleaning the chambers up. Spent cases are still too tight to use the star ejector. Am going to try honing the chambers with 1500 grit diamond paste on a .243 mop. In the end it's just a matter of time and patience, I suppose. I like the gun, and wantvit to work
My Heritage Rough Rider ejects with no problem at all. Why Diamondback cut these chambers so tight is a mystery. Just understand what you're getting yourself into.

Haven't been able to get to the range yet but fit and finish are very nice. Seems to be made very well. Can't wait to shoot it but very happy as of now and as usual Gunprime was excellent on their pricing and ship time. Will order again.

Seriously great value here! The trigger is much better than I expected. Accurate right out of the box. Ejector was stiff for the first hundred or so rounds. I’m really happy with this Diamondback!

The Diamondback sidekick is a pretty good revolver. I like the DA/SA 9 shot ability and the price is the best part. The grip is sufficient and the finish was spot on no issues. Good shooter and I have not had any issues with it.

I haven't shot it yet, but the price of $145 after rebate is unbeatable for a 9 shot revolver with a swing out cylinder!
Would buy an additional in birdhead configuration if Gun prime had the same good deal.

This rimfire revolver has all the features I have been looking for.Cerakote protection, DA, good capacity, easy to load and unload and clean with a swing out cylinder and 4.5” barrel is perfect to carry and aim.

Haven’t had a chance today test fire it yet but it appears to be what I expected for the price.

Have yet to shoot the pistol, but it feels good and my wife likes it. In my opinion this is almost the perfect pistol for a non-shooter, male or female. A person who has not shot a lot can be intimidated by the noise/recoil of bigger caliber pistols, not as much of a problem with .22 magnum. These people will also be confused in the heat of the moment, so a simple revolver has less chance of them wondering if the gun is on safe. With a single/double action revolver there is no safety to disengage, just aim and shoot. The .22 magnum round is much hotter than .22 long rifle, so in my opinion is a good compromise for someone who is not an experienced shooter. The Sidekick also holds nine rounds, which is more than conventional six round revolvers, and is as much as some semi-auto pistols. I bought a Walther P-22 for my wife, and says she cannot pull the slide back to chamber a round, so I bought the simpler revolver with a more powerful round that she can draw and fire.

Great gun for plinking or just enjoying a day in the outdoors. Smooth action.

Double action a little stiff, but excellent gun. Nice fit n finish.

Have not had it very long, weather been not good. Have not been able to shoot it, looks good, feels good, hoping to get out this weekend and have some fun withit.

Wife really has fun at the range with it. Heavy trigger when using double action but thats to be expected runs great. Service from gunprime was great, would purchase again.

Great design, Structure and components along with a classic style

First transaction with gun prime, went very well! Shipped in about 5 days, which is fine with me. I'll give the company five stars. I'll give the gun 4 stars, can't expect much out of a $200 revolver. I like to revolver, but it's very hard to reject spent shells. We expect for under 200 bucks

I bought two of these. One for each hand! I can shoot double action at metal targets with both hands. 22 mag, 9 rounds loading in an open cylinder is the best part. These are so fun to play with.

I bought two of these. One for each hand! I make 100 yd shots with these in each hand, and split cigarettes in two! The fit and finish is excellent, and I can load NINE 22 wmrs in each one with my eyes closed. I have shot these over 1,000,000 times and always hit the bulls eye. I can shoot around corners and objects with my mind. If that's not good enough than I just throw the guns at the bad guys.

$200.00 is the price I tend focus on. But, I got more then expected. 9 rounds of magnum 22, PLUS, double action and a real chamber ejector. Not a stick that ejects only one chamber at a time. Simply put, a Awesome and Super Revolver. Top shelf all the way.
