The Dead Air Nomad Ti XC is a .30 caliber rifle suppressor rated to .300 RUM and 4400 ft lbs, built for hunters and precision shooters who want less weight on the muzzle. This black direct thread model is 6.74 inches long and 9.6 ounces with the 5/8x24 HUB mount installed, and the titanium body alone is 7.4 ounces. Grade 5 6Al-4V titanium, a 1.76 inch diameter, and a black high temp Cerakote finish keep it light enough for cross country hunts.

Additive manufacturing supports an enhanced two stage coaxial baffle system that manages both low pressure and high pressure rounds, with lower back pressure than the earlier Nomad Ti. The HUB socket accepts Dead Air adapters, including Xeno, KeyMo, and direct thread, and tool features on the body and mount help when swapping mounts. A replaceable front cap works with R-Series caps and e-brakes. It is not full auto rated.

This Nomad Ti XC suits bolt action and semi auto rifles when sound reduction and a light can matter more than a duty rated suppressor. Minimum barrel length is 12.5 inches for supersonic 5.56 NATO and 6 inches for subsonic .300 BLK. It is a practical choice for shooters who want a modular .30 caliber titanium suppressor with a 5/8x24 direct thread mount already in the box.
