Description
This Colt Officer’s Model Match revolver, manufactured in 1968, is a precision-built .22 LR target revolver from Colt’s golden era of revolver craftsmanship. With its 6-inch barrel, deep factory blue finish, and checkered walnut grips, the Officer’s Model Match was designed for serious competitors—and remains a favorite among collectors and marksmen today.
This revolver is in excellent condition, retaining 98% of its original finish with only a faint cylinder drag line and minor surface scratches from careful handling. The grips show crisp checkering and just a few small dings. Mechanically, it is flawless. It comes in its original Colt box, which is in very good condition with some edge and corner wear.
A Curio & Relic eligible firearm, this revolver is both a shooter’s dream and a collector’s gem, showcasing Colt’s attention to detail and high build quality during the late 1960s.
